Desktop AI SaaS for vehicle salespeople and dealerships. It turns an inventory URL into a Facebook Marketplace-ready listing while working from the seller’s local session.
My own product: I am the founder, product owner, and the person building the application, backend, and operation.

The challenge
Publishing inventory on Marketplace forces sellers to jump between the dealer website, photo folders, and Facebook: copying VIN, mileage, price, description, and images for each unit. With dozens of vehicles, the work repeats every day and sold listings become outdated.
How the product evolved
- Import from one URL — extracts information, price, VIN, specifications, and photos from industry inventory websites.
- AI-assisted content — prepares buyer-oriented titles and descriptions and lets users review everything before publishing.
- Local publishing — automation works from the user’s Facebook session on their computer without asking them to hand their password to an external service.
- Application for macOS and Windows — Electron, Next.js, React, and TypeScript with updates, signing, licensing, and per-device activation.
- SaaS backend — authentication, Stripe subscriptions, admin dashboard, devices, and account operations.
- Beyond cars — the public workflow now includes boat, RV, powersports, trailer, and commercial-equipment dealers.
- Guided onboarding — the offer includes guidance to validate the inventory source, local session, and first publish.
Current state
CarSocial moved from validating its first subscription to a public SaaS offer of $99 per month, with onboarding and a multi-vertical strategy. The product continues to evolve from real usage and the obstacles sellers encounter.
It is a complete end-to-end product: desktop application, extraction, AI, browser automation, backend, payments, licensing, infrastructure, and signed distribution.
