Digital-product ecommerce with active operations in Panama. It sells software licenses, video games, gift cards, and top-ups; the catalog, payment, and delivery are designed to work at any hour.
Living case study · Updated August 2026.
The challenge
A digital product is bought with a different expectation than a physical one: customers expect immediate delivery. If a license or top-up depends on someone reading the order and copying a key, operations stop at night, on weekends, or when volume increases.
What I built and continue to operate
- Expanding digital catalog — Windows, Office, and security licenses, video-game codes, gift cards, and top-ups organized by product, platform, and denomination.
- Automated delivery — key inventory is controlled to deliver the correct code after payment without reusing it or depending on a person.
- Payments adapted to Panama — Yappy, cards, Binance Pay, and manual alternatives coexist within the same sales process.
- Complete ecommerce operation — pricing, offers, inventory, checkout, customer accounts, support, and acquisition connected to the same catalog.
- Acquisition and trust — SEO, product content, and WhatsApp help resolve objections before and after purchase.
Current state
Todo Licencias is no longer a demonstration: it is a public store with an active catalog and an operation that can process digital sales outside human working hours. The product continues to evolve in catalog, automation, and purchasing experience.
This case shows how I turn a real operational need into a system that sells and delivers by itself.
