Production workflow for generating commercial images and video with artificial intelligence models, combining local execution with cloud services.
The challenge
Generating one image with AI is easy. Generating one hundred images in which the same character looks consistent across all of them, at campaign-ready quality and without overspending in the cloud, is a completely different problem.
That is where most generative projects fall apart: consistency and cost control.
What I built
- ComfyUI on Apple Silicon with Juggernaut XL and SDXL for local generation, without relying on external services or paying for every test.
- Integration with cloud services — WaveSpeed, Seedream, Higgsfield and Nano Banana — using each one where it performs best.
- Identity preservation: visual reference workflows that keep the same character recognizable across generations.
- Localized editing, background removal, compositing and upscaling as linked steps in the same workflow.
- Complete tracking of prompts, models, parameters, costs, statuses and generated files. Every result is reproducible.
- Real asset production for campaigns, courses, ads and sales demos.
The result
A repeatable workflow instead of isolated attempts. What matters is not knowing how to use a generative tool; it is being able to trace what was generated, which parameters were used and how much it cost, so it can be repeated tomorrow.
