Web application that queries an external API in real time and presents the data in a clear, organized way. A small exercise, but it uses exactly the same mechanics as an AI agent querying your inventory, prices, or calendar.
Why This Project Matters
When a business asks me for an agent that can answer “Do you have this product?” or “What are your hours?”, the same thing happens under the hood: the system receives a question, queries a live data source, interprets the response, and returns it in plain language.
Change the data source—from a public API to your catalog, CRM, or calendar—and the principle is identical.
How It Is Built
- Python backend with Flask — routes, query logic, and error handling when the API does not respond.
- External API Integration — data retrieved live, not copied or stored manually.
- Custom Interface — HTML and CSS so the information can be understood at a glance.
- Dynamic Search — the user submits a query and the system responds without reloading the entire page.
What It Demonstrates
